Last Saturday, in perfect weather, the bicycle discipline for the Deutsches Sportabzeichen (German Sports Badge) was taken for the first time on our proving ground. And this was done quite sportily with muscle power – engines were only there as background scenery from the neighboring highway segment of the FTL, on which a quarter-mile race was held at the same time.
After five years of intensive work, the Aldenhoven Testing Center hosted the grand final event of the UNICARagil project on May 11, 2023. Eight universities and nine companies showed the public four fully autonomous vehicle prototypes and thus how future mobility can succeed.
On 6 May and 7 May 7 2023, interested people could not only test new cars and motor homes, also e-bikes, even for children, were shown and tried out.
Sustainability can be so simple! If you test your e-vehicles with us, you already know that you can charge with green electricity on site. We use this exclusively at the Aldenhoven Testing Center.
Cycling Special at the Aldenhoven Testing Center: On Saturday, 13 May 2023 starting at 10 a.m., the following cycling disciplines will be held for the first time for the German Sports Badge (“Sportabzeichen”).
